February REBOOT Challenge!
Turn in a Fit5 weekly tracking form all 4 weeks in February and you will WIN a fitness bag with equipment in it!! Turn in your forms every Sunday in February – 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th. Email forms to SOHC.

With Social Distancing in place this challenge will help you stay active and healthy while navigating new routines in your day to day life! We will officially start the challenge on May 4th. This is an ongoing fitness competition with various incentive opportunities throughout, the most prizes being after 52 weeks of consistent fitness documentation. At the end of the 52 weeks, contenders are offered the opportunity to apply for the Fitness Influencer position with SOOH. This will be a 1-year appointment where the winner will be featured in fitness videos, fitness updates and fitness decisions at SOOH.
This challenge will focus on the “Fit 5” suggestions for Special Olympic Athletes. In this challenge each athlete will be placed on a team with a team captain. This team captain will hold each athlete accountable to keep track of all the healthy choices the athlete is making. This form tracks daily exercise, nutrition and water intake.
